You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original box packaging, with all tags intact and the original invoice enclosed.

  • Mention your desired product and size clearly on the invoice included with your return.

  • Prefer to wait? We can issue a store credit instead.

✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached.

  • It is free from perfume, deodorant, detergent, or makeup/tan marks.

  • Altered garments are not eligible for return or exchange.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can initiate a return or cancellation request directly through your order — use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our website footer. No login is required to start a request.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation. Your withdrawal is complete upon submission — you do not need to wait for our approval.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order. The return window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. A return shipping fee of ₹2,500 will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our footer.
